With a strong desire to learn and develop herself, Valerie has progressed through many roles in her 25 years with Airbus. She started as a temporary worker in one of the Airbus joint ventures of the British aerospace and ATR then, worked some years in BAe company. Her opportunity to integrate the company as an employee, marked the start of her long and fulfilling career at Airbus.

“Joining Airbus opened a whole new world for me. It gives you the right exposure as you have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from 124 nationalities and living in every corner of the world.”

Along her career path, Valerie gained extensive experience in many different domains including Finance, Customer Service and Human Resources, where today she is a Talent Acquisition Manager for Early Careers positions, in charge of recruiting the youngest talents who want to join the company.

“My journey through these years has seen many changes come through in the organization, and each time, these have been for the best. It is a great place to work, providing a very conducive environment to learn, grow and prosper. The learning is great through internal/external trainings and the growth opportunities are endless.”
